Spring Tour 2017

We had such a great time touring last summer that we thought we’d do it all again this Spring. Of course it would have to be longer and we’d have to travel further and there would have to be at least one boat ride. Such were the conditions imposed and we’re very happy to have met them all.

Week One – In with the old and in with the new

The Spring Tour starts on March 24th and winds up 17 days later on Sunday April 9th. We are very happy to be playing some repeat venues in The Platform Tavern, Cafe Rene, the Cheese & Grain and of course the home town gig at The Hawthorns but we are also very excited to be visiting new venues. The first such new venue is The Anchor in Cowes on the Isle of Wight (boat ride, yeah!) and we follow that up in quick succession with a visit to the Tuesday Night Music Club in Coulsdon and The Old Duke in Bristol.

Week Two – Head North!

After a day off on Monday the 3rd of April we begin heading north. First to the Bristol Blues Club at the Downend Tavern in Downend (ok, it’s not exactly North with a capital The but it is north of home).  We then end up at The Shed in Liecester, The Blues Bar in Harrogate and the Duck n Drake in Leeds. The last stop on the tour is at Elme Hall Rock & Blues club near wisbech, Cambridgeshire. These are all first time venues for us and we are very much looking forward to meeting new people and playing the mighty blues. All shows are just us apart from The Shed which also has Dr X and Eddie and the Wolves on the bill. The Shed will be in its first week of opening after a refurbishment so will be great to hit a pristine venue. You can join the facebook event here.

For details of where we will be throughout the tour see the itinerary below.
